Returns

• Oxford Tailor makes ordering a custom suit online completely risk-free with our fit promise. A full refund is allocated if you are dissatisfied.  You can simply contact us.

• Oxford Tailor reserves the “Right to deny” remake-requests in circumstances where alterations can be completed locally.Items  cannot be remade based on customization changes. The cost of re-shipping of remade items comes under the individual’s budget. Due to limited fabric  supply, some items may be unavailable to be remade, so there are other different fabrics that you can choose from.

• You agree that Oxford Tailor’s policies regarding alterations, remakes and refund apply for the first order (zero risk for the first order ) 

• You acknowledge that any postage costs you pay for the order are non-refundable. Oxford Tailor will not be liable for any costs that you incur, including but not limited to postage costs, in order to return any product/s to the Oxford Tailor.

• Oxford Tailor must receive any returned products in their original condition and they must not have been worn, washed, altered or otherwise used or changed in any way.

• Please be aware that  Oxford Tailor monitors any potential misuse of its returns policy. If  Oxford Tailor determines that you are abusing or misusing  its returns policy,Oxford Tailor reserves the right to refuse your request and/or restrict or cancel  your access to the website or the products.

• Oxford Tailor will process any returns or refunds once the Oxford Tailor has verified, in its discretion, that you have complied  with the Terms and Policies.

Pricing and payment:

• In order to purchase a product, you agree to pay Oxford Tailor the price that Oxford Tailor has allocated to that product, plus any postage
prices that are displayed on the Website or otherwise advised by  Oxford Tailor (collectively, thePrice). You are also liable to pay any duties,taxes  other financial charges that might be added to your order. You must pay the price for all products in order upon submitting the order. We accept payment via credit card, Paypal and direct credit.

Shipping And Delivery:
 
•The Oxford Tailor posts your order to the address that you provide when submitting the order. All deliveries will require signature,unless you request  other wise.Upon the delivery of the order to your nominated address, ownership of, and risk in any products in the order pass to you.Any delivery times displayed on the Website or specified in an email from  Oxford Tailor are estimates only. Dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on availability or factors outside of our control, and you release the Oxford Tailor from any liability relating to the timing of the postage  or delivery of your order.

 • If Oxford Tailor determines that an order was lost as a result of its delivery company, Institchu will replace the order. However,if you did not receive your order as a result of you providing the incorrect address, or any other breach, act or omission on your part, then the Oxford Tailor has no  obligation to replace the order. If there are multiple Products in an Order, you acknowledge that they might be  sent separately, depending on availability

Cancellation:

• Oxford Tailor reserves the right to cancel your order within 24 hours  time of order displaced. prior to ownership of the products passing to
you, in which event the Oxford Tailor will refund you any money that you have paid for those products within a week .Contact us www.service@oxfordtailor.com

Return Policy

• A return claim must be submitted within 21 days of the order’s ship date to be considered eligible for return. Only good and unworn items  will be accepted by Oxford Tailor. If the item is found previously worn or damaged, Oxford Tailor has the right to deny the issuance of a  refund to an item. Oxford Tailor will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.

• Any items returned to Oxford Tailor that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without a refund. If your items were purchased with a Coupon or Gift Certificate, the Coupon/Gift Certificate will be refunded/reimbursed before another  payment source. You must return all items purchased as part of a promotion to receive a full refund. The items that you choose to keep  will be  charged at  full market value.

 Adjust Measurment And Desing 

• If you wish to adjust the measurment and desing for your order, you may email  Oxford Tailor within  24 hours of order placed.
